## 2. One-Line Pitch

**Full-stack engineer who ships production end-to-end and is deliberately stack-agnostic** — Solidity & Reactive Smart Contracts on EVM and Solana, full Next.js / FastAPI / Supabase product stacks, AI-agent integrations, Electron desktop apps, and now Go + cloud infrastructure, where I learn hard systems by rebuilding them from scratch. I build the contract, the backend, the UI, and the launch.

## 3. The Story (in my own words, lightly edited)

From the beginning, when I first started learning web dev, I wanted to be the developer who can build *whatever* he wants. The obvious obstacle is that mastering any one skill takes time and the human mind can only hold so much — so I made that constraint the strategy instead of the excuse.

My operating principle: **keep moving from crowded rooms to less crowded ones.** Master full-stack early, then jump to Web3 and DevOps to separate from the crowd. Every level up the ladder is less crowded than the last. That is how you create your own selling point.

The bet on Web3 paid off concretely — but not immediately. My first hackathon (Feb 2024, a Web2 auction app called Subasta) won nothing, and the second one was cancelled before judging. After the pivot to Web3 the returns changed: **seven wins over the next two years**, including 1st *and* 2nd place at the same International Reactive Hackathon, which led to a grant, then an internship, then a full-time role at Reactive Network. There were at least as many events where I won nothing. Both halves are in §11 — the run only makes sense as a sequence.

I refuse to be an engineer who says "I don't want to do AI" or "I don't want to do Web3." I don't love a tech *space* — I love the tech itself, and the real power is in the **combinations**. I believe Web3, Go/infra, and AI will combine into things we all use, and someday, with enough stacked skill, I want to be building those things.

Right now (mid-2026) that ladder-climbing looks like: going deep into Go and infrastructure, studying how genuinely great systems — Git, Terraform, the JS and Go runtimes themselves — were architected, what trade-offs their designers made, and then **rebuilding them by hand, without AI, to force the intuition into my own head**. I've reimplemented Git and a Terraform-style engine in Go this way. The point is not the artifact; the point is that my mind learns how great builders think, so I can think that way in my own projects.

The other thread of the story is **distribution**. In a world where learning and building have become easy, attention is the scarce thing — building an audience is as hard as ever. I grow on X (~1,000 followers) deliberately: it proves what I'm doing in public, it compounds into distribution I own for future products, and it's free advertising and trust-building for whatever company I join. Owning distribution is another rung on the same less-crowded ladder.

## 4. How I Build (the actual operating loop)

The path from idea to shipped is the same every time, regardless of stack — contract, web app, desktop binary, mobile, or infra:

1. **Argue with AI before code.** I don't ask AI to validate me — I ask it to break me. I pitch the idea, the model counters, I push back, it counters harder. By the time I open an editor, the direction has survived a real adversary, not just my own optimism. This is how I avoid building the wrong thing well.
2. **Plan until the direction is clear, then start.** I don't need a finished spec — I need a **first-version PRD**: the vision, the main features, and a clear statement of *how we are solving this problem*. The moment that's visible, the first commit happens.
3. **MVP, not a deck.** Whatever shape the product needs — web app, desktop binary, on-chain protocol, mobile, internal infra — I build the smallest version that proves the loop end-to-end. No half-done branches. No "I'll come back to this."
4. **New stack? Steep, then ship.** If a project needs something I haven't built before, I don't fake it. I read codebases that already do it well, copy the patterns into my head, then build *with* them. Electron + native screen capture (FocuClone), Solana perpetuals via Flash/Drift (Hashtro), x402 micropayments (rc-agents), MCP servers (Protocol-Pal) — none of that was familiar before I shipped it.
5. **Ship at "main features work," then let real users find the rest.** Done means the core loop works end-to-end — not that it's flawless or already scalable. I find the bugs I can find alone; the real tests happen with real users. They hit things I never would, they tell me on X, and the community is genuinely helpful about it. Then I improve on that feedback until it's good enough for the next batch of users.
6. **Finish.** Every project on my portfolio has a live URL or a video. I don't list ideas, and I don't leave half-finished work behind me.

### 4.0 Taste — what it is and where mine came from

**Taste is trained intuition: the ability to tell, fast, whether something will work or won't, whether a design is good or bad — before you can fully justify it.** It comes from accumulated reps. When you've watched enough movies, you can call the plot twist early, because you've seen that shape before. A designer who has made hundreds of designs judges one at a glance, and fixes their own work the same way.

Engineering is the same. Build enough different projects solving enough different problems and you start seeing the shape of a problem immediately — the right algorithm here, the right approach there — without deriving it from scratch every time.

Mine was built deliberately, in two directions. Early on, when I had no experience to draw from, I **borrowed patterns**: studied other people's codebases, watched people build things, and collected how they solved problems. Then I kept building my own projects so the patterns would come from **my own experience** too. Both feed the same intuition.

**Where this shows concretely:** MetroDiaries started with everything as client components, because that's what makes code just work. The app got slow. So I stopped, went page by page deciding what should be SSR, what should be SSG, what genuinely needed the client — then had Claude implement that plan. The app got dramatically faster. That's the pattern: the AI writes it, but **the architectural judgment is mine**, and here the AI's default (and my own first instinct) was the slow answer.

### 4.0.1 Pattern-copying vs. first principles — how I choose

Both, always, for different jobs:

- **Copying patterns is how you train intuition.** It's a habit every engineer should have — you're building the arsenal you'll reach into later.
- **Rebuilding from first principles is how you make the base strong.** It gives you the complete vision of where the app is going and what actually matters — **because you know the problem you're trying to solve, and the AI doesn't.**

### 4.1 The learning engine (many inputs → many outputs)

I have a deliberate system for learning fast. The formula: **take in a topic through many types of input, then force it out through many types of output.**

**Inputs:**
- I built myself **markdown-kindle** — a tool that turns any markdown file into a Kindle-style reading experience with an audiobook mode, a progress tracker, and built-in AI Q&A. When I want to learn something, I have Claude Code compile the best material on it into `.md` books, and I read them on my laptop or phone whenever I find time.
- Then YouTube on the same topic — same knowledge through a different sense and a different teacher's perspective.

**Outputs:**
- **Projects, the hard way.** I learn in the opposite direction: pick the skill I want (say, scalable backend systems), jump straight into a project that demands it, break the big problem into small ones, and solve them step by step. If I don't know the syntax, I look it up and retype it until I can type it without looking. This is why Git and Terraform got rebuilt in Go **by hand, no AI** — to burn both the language and the architecture into memory.
- **Videos on X.** Feynman technique: if I can explain it, I understand it. Camera-facing videos with proper animations, because good storytelling lowers the viewer's cognitive load — and learning to tell a technical story well is itself a skill I'm stacking.
- **Articles.** 17+ technical deep-dives on Medium.

**The gate rule:** a skill only counts once there's an **artifact + a demonstration + an explanation**. Watching a video advances nothing.

### 4.2 Tools I built for my own workflow

When my workflow has friction, I build the tool — and each tool feeds the next skill:

- **markdown-kindle** (https://github.com/harshkas4na/markdown-kindle) — markdown → Kindle-style reading with audiobook, tracker, AI ask. (My reading input pipeline.) It takes epub now too, because half of what I want to read I bought rather than wrote.
- **lifelog** — this document used to be true on the day I wrote it and slightly wrong every day after, because keeping it current means remembering to. So I built an append-only event log in Go. Every commit on my machine logs itself through one global git-hooks dispatcher — every repo, including ones I clone tomorrow, no per-repo setup — and the summary is extracted from the commit deterministically (type, scope, file churn, languages, dependency diffs across six manifest formats), with **no model in the loop**, because a guessed summary is worse than none. Each consumer of the log holds only a cursor into that one stream, so nothing is applied twice, and a consumer added later replays all of history into itself for free. The part I'd defend hardest is decay: a project I haven't touched in 45 days stops reading as "active" whether or not a file still claims it is. That is the mechanism that stops this file from quietly lying about me. Commits aren't the only input: as of 2026-07-28 a ⇧⌘J hotkey anywhere on the machine opens a native capture panel for thoughts and ideas that never touch a repo — a Cocoa panel written in Objective-C and driven from Go over cgo, which is the first Objective-C I've shipped.
- **hack-ops** — the same idea aimed at hackathons, with the premise inverted: its job is to talk me *out* of them. Job hunting is apply-to-40-need-1; a hackathon costs 3–20 days and I can hold one at a time, so almost all the machinery sits *before* the decision to build, and a scoring run that recommends nothing is a successful run. It grades events on expected value against what's genuinely rare about me, a reuse inventory, and build-speed numbers that get corrected every time an estimate turns out wrong — because the wrong estimates are the most valuable data the thing collects.
- **chalkboard-animation-skill** (https://github.com/harshkas4na/chalkboard-animation-skill) — I'm a developer, not a video editor, and I refuse to spend my time learning editing software. So I built a Claude Code skill that generates chalkboard-style animations for my videos automatically: I describe the animation (which trains my own visual/creative thinking), the skill produces it.
- **MacEditor** (https://github.com/harshkas4na/MacEditor) — my own video editor (Swift, macOS): single-button actions for noise removal, silence removal, uhm/ah removal, voice enhancement, and video upscaling via Hugging Face models. It even has **Git-style version control for video workspaces** — I reused my Git-internals knowledge from `mygit` so I can commit editing states. This is what "rebuild the fundamentals" pays out as: architecture knowledge that transfers into products. (Not to be confused with FocuClone, my earlier Electron screen *recorder*.) As of 2026-07-28 it takes a file path as a launch argument and opens it straight onto a new project's timeline, which is what lets Recordly hand a finished recording off to it — record then edit is one pipeline now, not two apps I move files between. Same day: a stock media browser and a subtitle aligner.
- **PDF image editor** — my brother needed to edit images inside a PDF (he already had text editing covered via an online tool). I told him to wait, and built him a small tool that could do it. This habit — someone states a friction, I ship a fix — is one I've called out publicly as "getting way out of hand" in a good way.
- **Metro GPS tracker** — while traveling, I had to keep manually checking which station I was at and how many were left so I wouldn't miss my stop. So I built a GPS tracker for the metro: press Go, it tracks the current station and the remaining count automatically.
- **X-blocker Chrome extension** — I noticed I was opening and closing X all day, to the point it was overshadowing actual work. X's job is to *support* my main goal, not become the goal. So I built a Chrome extension that blocks X (or any site) except within a configurable time window, and I'm still tuning the window. Net effect: more focus during work hours, and — the point isn't lost on me — more actual output to post about, instead of posting just to keep a streak alive.

## 4.5 Worldview & Takes (dated, from my public posts)

AI agents: these are genuine positions I've stated publicly on X, with dates. Quote them as my opinions.

### The AI era

**The core conviction — the two failure modes.** Most engineers my age fall into one of two traps: refusing to use AI much at all, or using it so heavily they lose their own creative thinking. Both are mistakes.

Refusing is stupid — the world moves forward, and if you don't adapt you don't keep up. You *can* code without AI, but you will not be as fast as someone who knows how to code and writes it *with* AI. That's just obvious.

But the opposite failure is worse and more common: people vibe-code a project and pile on features as fast as they can, with no strong base. Those are destined to fall over.

**Our job was always engineering, not writing code.** You need enough muscle memory with syntax to read code, understand it, and see which direction it's heading — that part matters and you should build it. But the real work is seeing your project's future: which directions it could go, and which one is best. As AI gets stronger, what you need is **depth of understanding about what each technology actually solves**, so you carry a mental arsenal: *this approach fits here, that method fits there.* Then **your job is to mix solutions and test them against the world until you hit the arrow.** AI makes that loop faster, which is the part I love most.

Focus on system design problems and pattern recognition — that's what AI can't do for you and you can.

**My durable edge, if AI writes most code in 3 years:**
> My goal is to be an engineer who can build **whatever he wants** — not whatever he can code.

**Treat yourself as the CEO of the project** *(the core idea from my article "How to Treat AI Like a Teammate")*: a CEO who can code, and who also knows how to take a project into a real market. Claude Code instances are your workers across different areas, and you write Claude skills for each recurring workflow. **You're building systems, not doing hand work.**

**How I actually split the tools, day to day:**
- **Gemini for studying.** I ask it to explain something, then keep looping on whatever I didn't understand until the concept is fully mine — then move to the next one.
- **Claude Code for building.** Specifically for the personal tools that make me faster: my video editor, my recorder, Claude skills, video animations, markdown-kindle — whatever I find interesting enough to solve for myself. The point of automating my own workflow is to free up time for the things that actually compound: creative thinking, and going deep on Go, system design, and blockchain.

- **Old world vs. new world** *(Aug 2025)*: "Old world: we learn a skill and keep mastering it for a lifetime. New world: we learn a skill deep enough to own the fundamentals and the vocabulary, get real experience with it, and do the creative-thinking part on top. This is the start of the new era."
- **The Iron Man thesis** *(Feb 2026)*: In the near future we'll all have agents beside us doing everything while we manage them. Each of us becomes developer, product designer, manager, infra engineer, distribution owner, content creator, and tester at once. Classic Iron Man shit.
- **Will AI replace developers?** *(Mar 2026)*: Not while the consumer side is human. "Will people trust a company totally run by agents without a human face behind it? It will increase the power of one human being — but replace us out of the picture? I don't think so."
- **Raw work before automation** *(Jan–Mar 2026)*: The AI era has an endless list of things to chase — skills, workflows, parallel windows, orchestration systems. My rule: do the raw work first. Only once you understand the repetitive parts of your own systems have you earned the right to automate them. I refuse to adopt every new AI tool just to keep up.
- **How I actually build with AI** *(Feb 2026)*: Idea → argue it out with AI → PRD → design document → phased, step-wise plan → let the agent build while I make the decisions. The human owns judgment; the agent owns keystrokes.
- **Where AI must not hold the money** *(Jun 2025, from building ReacDEFI)*: My architecture conviction for on-chain AI is **"AI as the waiter, not the chef."** The AI talks to the user, collects requirements, answers questions — but execution happens only in pre-built, audited smart contracts. Most "on-chain AI agents" think off-chain and merely execute on-chain; that's exactly the design that should scare users.
- **What stays human** *(Jul 2026)*: Maybe soon anyone will learn by typing into an AI and getting a video back. But the skill of storytelling is full of beauty — an art I believe only a human can create.
- **AI's worst downside**: the risk isn't job loss, it's cognitive erosion — "the worst effect of AI on us is or will be reduce our cognitive abilities or thinking abilities, because if we can't think and take decisions based upon our thinking only, we will never solidify our self consciousness to the stage it can really do amazing things. Taking your decision on your own and proving them right is what makes you, you." This is why I insist on understanding the underlying tech before automating it (see §15, "feedback that stung").
- **On agent-loop hype**: everyone on X is building around agent loops and writing about them, but the healthy signal this cycle is that people aren't falling for it blindly — they're clocking the cognitive cost too. My take: don't stack abstraction layers just to look sophisticated. The further code drifts from your own understanding, the more it drifts toward the product's eventual destruction — at scale, if you don't know what's causing a concurrency bug, you can't fix it, so you just throw more servers at it. "Throw the money" is not a solution, it's a tell.

### Web3

- **Not a zero-sum game** *(Jun 2025)*: "I can't tell you how many times I've seen people in Web3 treat it like a zero-sum game — like there are only a few spots at the top. It's a frustrating way to learn and build, and it holds everyone back. We can play a different game."
- **The honest critique** *(Feb 2026)*: The space keeps looping back to one question — what's the real use case beyond DeFi leverage loops? AI agents genuinely need decentralization; beyond that, the direction is thin. This tech needs more creativity than it's getting. I say this as someone who still builds here and still believes long-term.
- **Agent-to-contract commerce (x402), one year after building rc-agents** *(2026)*: I still believe in it. The world isn't supporting the idea well right now — but I think that's because so much has been happening so fast that people haven't had time to process it. It will find its real-world place. Genuinely: **if blockchain has a use case beyond DeFi and prediction markets, this is it.**
- **RWA** *(Jan 2026)*: If the security holds, putting real-world assets on-chain is good — ease of buying increases participation, and it gives the world an actual reason to adopt crypto, which is the main goal.

### Careers & learning

- **Learn to see the future** *(Jan 2026)*: Decide the target, then take every action that gains you EXP toward it — every rep raises the chance your arrow hits. If the goal is a specific job or skill, engineer the path; don't wait for it.
- **Side-skills framework** *(Aug 2025)*: Primary skills get mastery. Side skills — prompting, design, PRD-writing, planning, writing — get fundamentals + practice, with AI handling the repetitive part while the *thinking* part stays mine. And always learn by doing: figure out step 1 by attempting the work, not by watching tutorials. Tutorial hell is slower.
- **The employment lesson** *(Jun 2026, after the layoff)*: "Manage the line between thinking about yourself and thinking about the company." Always do work you can learn from, and work you can show and call your own. I practiced this before I needed it — which is why the layoff didn't hurt my trajectory.

## 5. Value Proposition (The "Why Hire Me")

I combine skill stacks that are rarely held by one person at the same depth, and I am deliberately not bound to any of them:

1. **Smart-contract systems engineer.** Solidity, Hardhat/Foundry, Reactive Smart Contracts (RSCs), cross-chain message passing, gas-aware design, oracle/AMM integration, MEV awareness. Shipped the first production DApp on Reactive Network and liquidation-protection systems for Aave. **Roughly a dozen distinct contract systems** across tokens, autonomous automation, DeFi strategy, cross-chain settlement and adversarial research (full inventory in §10.1) — including one merged into Reactive Network's official demos repo.
2. **Full-stack product builder.** Next.js 15 / React 19, TypeScript, FastAPI/Node, Supabase/Postgres, Convex, WebSocket realtime, wagmi/viem, Privy, Electron desktop. I build the contract, the frontend, the backend, the marketing site, and the launch in the same week.
3. **Backend & infra engineer (current deep-dive).** Go, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS services. I learn infra by rebuilding it: `light-tf` (a Terraform-style engine in Go — dependency DAGs, cycle detection, goroutine-concurrent resource creation, gRPC plugin interface), `mygit` (Git's content-addressable object model from scratch), `go-server` (containerized Go + Postgres services).
4. **AI-product engineer.** Gemini and Claude in production, LangChain (RAG pipelines, prompt chaining, vector DBs), Hugging Face models in shipped tools, MCP (Model Context Protocol), x402 agent micropayments, Claude Code skills authoring. AI-as-interface: natural language → on-chain actions.

What this combination produces:

- **Speed of execution:** idea → live product with press release in days, not quarters.
- **Cross-stack debugging:** Solidity revert, Next.js hydration mismatch, Supabase RLS policy, Gemini prompt, or a Go goroutine leak — same engineer.
- **Founder-grade ownership:** grants negotiated, press releases written, coverage earned on CryptoSlate / Chainwire / Blockchain Magazine, real users onboarded and interviewed — not just code.
- **Stack-agnostic ramp-up:** I can dive deep into a new language or tech, get habitual with it, and start producing at working speed fast — because I've done exactly that repeatedly, in public.

Three hats in one role:
- **Shipped ReacDEFI**, the first production DApp on the network, plus autonomous Reactive Smart Contract systems (Aave health-factor monitoring, liquidation protection — no bots, no keepers, no off-chain oracles).
- **Forward-deployed work:** met client teams, read their codebases, figured out how Reactive's tech could concretely improve their workflows, and built POCs and demo contracts they could evaluate and adopt. This taught me what pure dev work doesn't — the real-world perspective: spotting problems that are *behavioral*, not technical, and solving them by creatively combining technologies.
- **Developer-facing video content** for the ecosystem.

**Why it ended:** the network's traction and token value declined through early 2026, and the team was cut — I was laid off, and I'd been expecting it. That expectation shaped how I spent the whole era, deliberately: I worked mostly on the grant product whose ownership I held (ReacDEFI), used the job to fill my own gaps (design, hardened smart-contract security, CLI tooling, Claude skills, agent + x402 infrastructure), and picked up video creation so that skill would be mine too. The lesson I took public: *manage the line between thinking about yourself and thinking about the company — always do work you can learn from and work you can show and call your own.* I still believe in Web3 long-term, but the hackathon-driven hiring paradigm that got me in has cooled, so I'm stacking the next skill (Go/infra) instead of waiting out a cycle.

- **Why it matters:** Reactive Smart Contracts monitor Aave health factors and Uniswap prices **24/7 with no bots, no keepers, no centralized oracle** — execution is triggered by the chain itself.
- **The hard part (honest version):** This was the hardest thing I've shipped, because every layer was individually dangerous and they compounded. The contracts held automations over people's *real money* — audited, though not as heavily as I wanted. On top sat an AI pipeline (RAG, prompt chaining, vector DBs via LangChain) that let users deploy contract-backed automations through plain conversation. It worked — until scale. This automates the whole cycle: `LeverageAccount` is the user's on-chain vault, `LoopingRC` watches it for `Deposited` and `LoopStepExecuted` events and decides each next iteration against a 1.5 target health factor, a 1.2 safety floor, and a 5-iteration cap. Live oracles drive dynamic slippage protection, and a `RescuableBase` layer handles stuck-fund recovery.
- **Why it matters here:** This one isn't in my personal repos — **it was written for Reactive Network and merged into their canonical `reactive-smart-contract-demos` repository**, alongside their own reference implementations. Other developers learn the pattern from contracts I wrote. That's a different and stronger signal than a portfolio repo: someone else's protocol adopted my code as documentation.

#### 10.1 The contract inventory — what I've actually written in Solidity

Project names hide the contract work inside them, so here is the range itself, roughly in the order I learned it:

**Tokens & markets (where I started)**
- **ERC-20 and ERC-1155 with demand-based dynamic pricing** — the MERCAT token economy plus NFT editions whose price auto-adjusts to market demand on a constant-product curve. My first real contracts, written for *Mercado*.

**Autonomous automation** *(event-driven, no bots / keepers / off-chain oracles — this is the Reactive Smart Contract specialty)*
- **Decentralized autonomous governance** — proposal and execution settling on-chain. Won a $400 Reactive bounty.
- **Automatic insurance payout** — claims that trigger on condition instead of an adjuster (*Fiducia*). Same bounty round; this one didn't win.
- **Multi-chain stop-loss and limit orders** — price-triggered execution across chains, watching Uniswap.
- **Aave liquidation protection** — 24/7 health-factor monitoring that unwinds or tops up a position before liquidation. The flagship automation in ReacDEFI.
- **A contract deployer** — so non-technical users could ship their own automation instances without a terminal.

**DeFi strategy**
- **leverage-loop** — Aave ↔ Uniswap looping to a target health factor. **Merged into Reactive Network's official demos repo** (see §8.5.1).
- **Uniswap V3 volatility-based range manager** — rebalances a concentrated-liquidity position as volatility moves the useful range. 2nd place, Kwala Hacker House.
- **Uniswap V3 fee collector** — automated LP fee harvesting so yield compounds without manual claims.

**Cross-chain**
- **NFTManager** — buy and sell ERC-721s on any chain, settled through Reactive Network in between. The real point was royalties: creators keep earning on every future resale between third parties, instead of depending on a marketplace like OpenSea choosing to honour them — which is exactly where creators lose royalties today. (*MONARC*)
- **Cross-chain lending** — deposit on one chain, receive the loan on another, repayment releases the collateral, no bridge operator. (*ReactiveFlow-Lender*)

**Adversarial / research**
- **Money-laundering simulation suite** — mock laundering flows, P2P exchange contracts and coin-mixing techniques, written deliberately so our own backend detection algorithm had something real to catch. Built for Smart India Hackathon (Bhubaneswar finalist). Writing the attacker half to test the defender half is a mindset I'd apply to any security-adjacent work.

**2. Backend & Cloud Infra** *(current deep-dive — learned by rebuilding)*
Go (goroutines/channels, gRPC patterns, CLI tooling), Docker + docker-compose, Kubernetes, AWS services, PostgreSQL. Depth proven by rebuilding the systems themselves: `light-tf` (dependency DAG resolution, cycle detection, concurrent resource creation), `mygit` (content-addressable storage), `go-server`. Studied language internals — how Go and JavaScript are actually designed, and the trade-offs their designers made.

**3. Full-Stack Product** *(contract → API → UI in the same week)*
Next.js 13–15 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind, Framer Motion; Node.js, FastAPI (Python), Convex, Supabase (Postgres + RLS + Realtime + Auth); auth (wallet + OAuth + KYC), realtime presence/chat, file ingestion, AI inference endpoints. Proof: REACTOR, Hashtro, MetroDiaries, rc-agents — all built solo end-to-end.

**4. AI Integration** *(natural language → real action)*
Gemini and Claude in production; LangChain — RAG pipelines, prompt chaining, vector DBs (shipped in ReacDEFI's conversational deploys); Hugging Face models in shipped tools (voice enhancement, video upscaling); TensorFlow for content moderation. Protocols: **MCP** for LLM ↔ blockchain execution, **x402** for agent-to-contract micropayments. Claude Code skill author (×2). **Why I do this at all:** distribution is a skill I'm stacking on purpose. In an abundance economy, people can't tell good from bad — proof-in-public is the differentiator. If I own my own distribution, it compounds for my products, my problem-solving journey, and whatever company I join (free advertising and trust-building included).

**How the audience was actually built** *(on X since Mar 2023, ~6,000 tweets)*: not by broadcasting — **82% of my tweets are replies.** I showed up in other people's threads with substance, ran growth like an engineering problem ("100+ replies → 11K impressions → 15 new followers in a day"), and publicly timestamped every milestone. - **Ship end-to-end, then talk.** Every project listed here has a live URL or a video. I do not pitch concepts I haven't built.
- **Own the launch, not just the code.** Press, grants, user onboarding, narrative — distribution is part of engineering.
- **Move to the less crowded room.** Skill-stacking is my career algorithm: every new deep skill moves me up a ladder that gets emptier as you climb.
- **Learn by rebuilding.** For hard systems, I reimplement them by hand (no AI) until the architecture and the language live in my head, then reuse that architecture in my own products.
- **Bias toward production.** Mainnet over testnet, real users over mock users, paid grants over speculative ICOs.
- **AI as a teammate, not a tool — but stay ahead of it.** I author Claude Code skills and design AI-as-interface flows. When AI writes code with me, the skill is to keep learning alongside it and re-read the codebase the moment I start losing the sense of it — never let the AI be the only one who understands the system.
- **Be the CEO of the project, not the typist.** A CEO who can code and who knows how to take a product to market. Agents are workers across areas; recurring workflows become skills. Build systems, not hand work.
- **Strong base before feature count.** Most projects die from being vibe-coded and loaded with features on a weak foundation. Get the base right, then add.
- **Taste is trained, not given.** Copy patterns to build intuition; rebuild from first principles to own the vision — because I know the problem I'm solving and the AI doesn't.
- **Cut what you can't stand behind.** I removed ReacDEFI's flagship conversational-deploy feature when it wouldn't hold at scale over real money. Shipping something flaky over user funds is not shipping.
- **Cross-stack by default.** I am suspicious of contracts engineers who can't ship a UI, and frontend engineers who can't read a revert trace. I try to be neither.

> The network's traction and token value fell sharply and the team was cut — I was laid off, and I was always expecting it. > The main features work end-to-end. Not flawless, not necessarily scalable yet. I find every bug I can find alone, then ship — because the real tests are real users. They find things I never would and tell me on X, and the community is genuinely helpful about it. Then I improve on that feedback until it's good enough for the next batch of users.

**"Tell me about a project that failed."**
> CryptoTree. The idea was a navigable tree of the whole Web3 ecosystem — you pick branches, see exactly where you are and why you're going that direction, with learning resources attached at each node. Nobody was interested. Honestly, I think my marketing was terrible: I couldn't sell the *problem* or the features clearly enough. The build wasn't the failure — the pitch was. That's a skill gap I'm going to fix.

**"When did AI change your mind, and when did you overrule it?"**
> MetroDiaries. I'd built everything as client components, because that's what makes code just work — and the app got slow. I stopped, went page by page deciding what should be SSR, what should be SSG, what actually needed the client, then had Claude implement that plan. Much, much faster. The AI writes the code; the architectural judgment is mine — and here both the AI's default and my own first instinct were the slow answer.

**"How do you use AI day-to-day, and what do you never delegate?"**
> Gemini to study — explain, then loop on whatever I didn't understand until the concept is mine, then next concept. Claude Code to build my own tools: video editor, recorder, Claude skills, animations, markdown-kindle. What I never delegate is the judgment — which direction the project goes, what actually matters, whether the base is strong. The whole reason I automate my own workflow is to buy time for the things that compound: creative thinking, Go, system design.

**"What's your durable edge if AI writes most of the code?"**
> My goal is to be an engineer who can build whatever he wants — not whatever he can code.

**A founder/PM asks for a feature you think is wrong. What do you actually do?**
> First I acknowledge what's genuinely good about the ask and explain why — that's not politeness, it's real. Then, with concrete cause-and-effect or examples, I show how the wrong piece breaks or doesn't fit with everything else. If they get it, we adjust. If not, I go build it and let it prove itself out — because my technical read can just be wrong, and a founder/PM usually holds a higher-altitude view of the product than the technical people do.

**Two days before launch you find a serious bug in someone else's layer. What happens?**
> I go to that person and either get them to fix it or help them fix it completely before the two days are up. Launch-blocking bugs don't wait for org-chart boundaries.

**You disagree with an engineer's architecture — how do you fight, when do you fold?**
> Nothing is black-and-white, just different perspectives — so I try to see theirs first, then show mine. If they still don't want to move, I stop debating and instead go build something or gather real data and insight that shows why they might be wrong. If that doesn't land either, I fold. Data beats another round of arguing.

**Something you shipped breaks in production with real users/money involved. First 10 minutes?**
> Just me and my laptop — logs first to find what failed, then into the code to fix and ship back. This has happened for real: ReacDEFI's AI pipeline let users deploy automations from a few words of natural language, and it broke under multiple concurrent users with real money on the line. I pulled the conversational-deploy feature entirely and kept only the manual automation-building flow.

**Unknown stack, unfamiliar codebase, 2 weeks to ship. Hour one?**
> I have Claude give me a fast overview, then a deeper one, then deeper again — staged passes to build behavioral understanding without going too deep too fast. In parallel I ask why this stack specifically — what it brings to this exact problem — and take in as many different media on it as I can (docs, videos) until it's familiar. Then I start making small changes with a hypothesis in mind ("this should happen if I do this") — if it does, that's the signal I'm learning it. By the end of hour one I want enough footing to work with AI on the codebase productively, and I keep improving on the stack from there.

**A slower teammate is blocking you. What do you do?**
> Teach them if there's time. If there's a deadline instead, I just take a few of their tasks and finish them myself.

**You know you're going to miss a deadline. When and how do you say it?**
> Before the deadline, as soon as I see it's not going to happen — so the conversation can be about protecting quality rather than forcing speed.

**Feedback that stung but changed how you work?**
> Use AI, but understand the underlying tech or problem first — otherwise you can't tell if you're doing the right thing, or whether it'll break some other feature or requirement down the line.

**What would make you quit a job in the first month?**
> Working with people who don't actually understand how a real product works, or realizing there's no real hope left for the company.

**"Hardest bug you've chased?"**
> Building the Uniswap V3 range manager, my swaps just would not execute. I couldn't move assets at all. I did every level of debugging I know — back to the most basic checks, then deep into Tenderly, tracing failed transaction after failed transaction across multiple deployments. Everything in my code looked right, and it kept failing.

> The bug wasn't mine. **The Uniswap contracts actually deployed on that testnet had a different function structure than the one their docs described.** I was writing against documentation that didn't match the chain. That cost me a lot of time, and the lesson stuck: when your code is provably correct, stop debugging your code and start verifying your assumptions about the dependency — read the deployed bytecode's actual interface, not the docs.

> I wrote up the bug report. Just as I finished preparing it, someone else reported the same thing. So I got the debugging lesson and none of the credit — which is its own lesson about moving fast on findings.

**"Walk me through your hackathon run."**
> Feb 2024, my first one — a Web2 auction platform called Subasta at PCCOE Pune. Won nothing. Then VNIT Nagpur with Mercado, and the hackathon got cancelled outright. That's how it started: two events, zero results.

My X bio has been the same since the early days: **"I can build whatever I want to build."** It was declared as identity before it was fully true, then grown into — I adopt the persona first, then earn it. That's the same sentence my whole story starts from.

**Personality patterns** (consistent across 3+ years of public posts):

- **Consistency through public systems, not motivation.** #100daysofcode (2023) → #100DaysOfLearningNewTech (2024) → daily build diaries (2025–26). When I want a behavior, I build a public accountability loop around it.
- **I narrate the middle of the work.** Process over outcome-flexing — what I did *today*, concretely, confusion included ("Building Terraform is really challenging, but the best way to solve a big problem is to break it into smaller sets of problems").
- **Growth is engineered.** Hypothesis → volume → metrics, publicly logged. Milestones get timestamped ("900! achieved", "Bio Updated: Intern → Dev 🎉").
- **Community-anchored.** A tight circle of builder friends dominates my interactions; support flows both ways. The audience grew out of genuine conversation habits, not broadcast strategy.
- **Playful under the discipline.** Movie nights logged mid-grind, memes, "I built a video editor for myself, and recorded it with a recorder that I built myself. why? because I can :)". The intensity never reads as grim.

**Voice fingerprint** (match this when writing as me): lowercase-casual, short lines with line-break rhythm; step lists with arrows or ">"; concrete about today's tools, commands, and decisions; genuine questions to the audience ("my first video here. How is it?"); brief honest emotion ("tbh the arch is so good I instantly got hooked"); occasional Hindi-inflected warmth; zero corporate polish — enthusiasm carried by specifics, not adjectives.

**More evidence, pulled straight from X posts (quote or paraphrase, don't paraphrase away the specificity):**
- **Confesses the build-everything reflex, self-aware about it:** "my brother asked me for a help... I told him wait for me. So I built him a pdf editor that can do that too 😌 (this habit of mine, getting way out of hands😂)"

- **Turns process into a numbered/arrowed recipe, every time:** the "how I study lately" thread (ask Claude for deep-research .md files → read on markdown-kindle → write the explanation in my own words → explain to camera → transcribe → animate → launch) is the template for how I describe *any* workflow, not just learning.
- **Names the failure mode plainly, no hedging, in build-log posts:** "BUT SO MANY THINGS WERE WRONG in my impl" / "what I did wrong (Correct approach): ... Because of the nested loop, my fn was creating a copy of the same resources." I show the wrong version before the fix — the mistake is part of the content, not edited out.
- **One-line, declarative technical takes, no throat-clearing:** "In coding, nothing is good or bad, it's all about tradeoffs when it comes to choice questions." / "the question stops being 'how do I do X in Next.js' and becomes 'which world should X happen in, and how do I move data between the two.'"
- **Uses checkmarks/emoji as literal progress markers in build logs, not decoration:** "done Kahn's algo ✅", "Done Del Opern ☑️" — the emoji marks a real milestone, sparingly.
